Notre engagement :

🇫🇷 Fabrication Made in France pour le marché local et Made in Poland pour l'international 🇵🇱

♻️ Des matériaux écoresponsables

💸 Des produits vendus au prix juste

Et depuis 2025, nous sommes certifiés B Corp !

Descriptif du poste

At Work with Island, we design spaces where people love to work. Behind the scenes, our Operations team is the backbone of this mission. To support our rapid international growth and cover a maternity leave, we are looking for a sharp, autonomous Logistics Specialist to take over our global delivery operations starting July 2026.

Based in Paris, your playground won’t just be France, but our entire European and international market network. You will work hand-in-hand with Mélanie and Tou-Zeu, our Logistics Specialists, to keep our supply chain seamless.

Your mission

Reporting directly to Louis (Ops Manager), your main mission is to turn international sales into flawless physical setups. From a single direct-to-consumer e-commerce order to massive, multi-floor B2B office fit-outs across Europe, you are the master of execution.

Your main responsibilities

  • Order Fulfillment: Own the end-to-end processing of B2B orders. You convert signed contracts into operational purchase orders without dropping a single detail.

  • Logistics & Last Mile Coordination: Orchestrate shipping routes, coordinate with freight forwarders, handle customs requirements, and sync with local installation teams. While your focus will be on our international expansion, you will also step in to manage and ensure the continuity of our domestic (French) logistics.

  • After-Sales Service & Support (SAV): Act as the main point of contact for post-delivery inquiries, efficiently managing customer support tickets, resolving product or installation incidents, and coordinating spare parts or returns to guarantee a premium experience.

  • Global Client Support & Quality Assurance: Serve as the main point of contact for tracking and updates. You solve transit hiccups proactively and keep client satisfaction high.

  • Financial & Administrative Rigor: Manage multi-currency invoicing, monitor payment completions, and resolve supplier or billing disputes with precision.

  • Data & Process Optimization: Keep our digital ecosystem clean and efficient by mastering the data flow between HubSpot (CRM) and NetSuite (ERP).

Profil recherché

  • Degree in International Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics, backed by 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in order management or ADV, preferably within the physical product or furniture industry 💼

  • You understand the friction points of international shipping (transit times, cross-border coordination) 🧠

  • Professional fluency in English and French is mandatory. If you speak Spanish or a third European language, that’s a massive win 🌍

  • You thrive with modern tools. Experience with NetSuite and HubSpot is highly preferred; familiarity with Notion, Slack, and Google Suite is expected ⚙️

  • You are a natural problem-solver, comfortable with ambiguity, highly organized, and an excellent cross-departmental communicator 🤝
