Descriptif du poste

One of the key assets of the Customer Relations Team, you will be in touch with Wingly passengers on a day to day basis and you will manage Wingly’s customer requests for our French speaking customers !

Main role:

Customer Care: Be the first point of contact for passengers through Phone and Email support and help match passengers with Pilots, to find the perfect flight.
Customer Success: Help convert cancelled bookings into accepted bookings
Improve passenger experience by collecting feedback and working closely with other teams to make improvements
Work closely with the Head of Customer Relations and with the UK and DACH Customer Relations Officers to set up common strategy
Work in parallel with our Pilot Success Manager who works with the pilots onboarding and day to day queries

Profil recherché

Are you fluent in French with very good english?
Do you have great communication skills, enjoy writing and feel very comfortable when speaking on the phone?
Are you solution oriented with great organisation skills?
Is team work key for you? Do you enjoy working with others and at the same time have the ability to work well alone
Do you enjoy working and speaking with new people?
An interest in the start up world, and previous Customer Relations experience is a big plus !

Process de recrutement

1) A first video call on gmail with the Head of Customer Relations (1hr)

2) A written exercise to be completed within 1 hour and sent back via email (1hr)

3) A video call or in person meeting with the two founders
