Descriptif du poste

One of the key assets of the Customer Relations Team, you will be in touch with Wingly passengers on a day to day basis and you will manage Wingly’s customer requests for our French speaking customers ! 

Main role:

  • Customer Care: Be the first point of contact for passengers through Phone and Email support and help match passengers with Pilots, to find the perfect flight.

  • Customer Success: Help convert cancelled bookings into accepted bookings

  • Improve passenger experience by collecting feedback and working closely with other teams to make improvements

  • Work closely with the Head of Customer Relations and with the UK and DACH Customer Relations Officers to set up common strategy

  • Work in parallel with our Pilot Success Manager who works with the pilots onboarding and day to day queries

Profil recherché

  • Are you fluent in French with very good english?

  • Do you have great communication skills, enjoy writing and feel very comfortable when speaking on the phone?

  • Are you solution oriented with great organisation skills?

  • Is team work key for you? Do you enjoy working with others and at the same time have the ability to work well alone

  • Do you enjoy working and speaking with new people?

  • An interest in the start up world, and previous Customer Relations experience is a big plus !

Process de recrutement

1) A first video call on gmail with the Head of Customer Relations (1hr)

2) A written exercise to be completed within 1 hour and sent back via email (1hr)

3) A video call or in person meeting with the two founders
