TheAgent, start-up innovante, en forte croissance et leader sur un marché dynamique.

Elle accompagne et pilote la performance des marques de Mode & Lifestyle dans leur développement digital sur le réseau des Marketplaces.

La société a développé sa propre plateforme digitale, directement connectée aux principales Marketplaces en Europe (Zalando, La Redoute, Amazon, Galeries Lafayette, Décathlon, ...) qui permet à ses marques partenaires de lancer leurs collections en ligne et de toucher plusieurs millions de consommateurs.

Elle a récemment obtenu la Certification Zalando, qui la positionne comme un acteur de référence en Europe auprès des marques de Mode, pour gérer les 3 axes de succès en marketplaces: onboarding, qualité du contenu, optimisation de la performance.

Elle opère pour les marques les différentes complexités de chaque marketplace, de l’intégration du catalogue jusqu’à l’animation commerciale sur les sites, au travers d'équipes dédiés aux différents services qu'elle propose (intégration catalogue, enrichissement du contenu, traduction, publication, merchandising, optimisation de la performance...).

Job Description

🎯 Your Missions

📈 Communications, Content & Visibility

  • Design and implement The Agent’s content strategy: editorial planning, creation of materials (LinkedIn, newsletters, articles, presentations, videos), and performance analysis to optimize impact.

  • Manage B2B communication strategy: editorial calendar, visual identity, brand tone, and showcasing The Agent’s expertise.

  • Develop and manage lead-generation campaigns (webinars, LinkedIn campaigns, targeted emailings).

💡 Creative productions

  • Create support documents (presentations), for different departments (Sales, marketing, IT, Account management, etc..)

  • Design media content for linkedin posts (ilustrations), visuals, carousels, short videos, webinars, Emails campaigns, Newsletters, Events.

  • Ensure visual consistency across all channels

Preferred Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communication, or Digital Marketing

  • Languages: Professional English. French or Spanish, is a plus.

  • Strong Understanding and logical thinking

  • Interest: Curiosity for the fashion and e-commerce ecosystem

  • Skills: Excellent writing, eye for detail, and strong sense of visual aesthetics

  • Tools: Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, and graphic creation tools
