👉Your future missions

As a Scrum Master Intern, you will be immersed in an agile environment within our tech teams, helping to facilitate agile ceremonies, drive continuous improvement, and support the teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with Product Managers, Tech Lead, Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient collaboration.

Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews) within your squad.
Help the team identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth progress.
Coach squad members on agile best practices to promote self-organization and efficiency.
Ensure transparency in project progress using agile tools (JIRA, Confluence).
Support continuous improvement initiatives by gathering feedback and implementing optimizations.
Collaborate closely with the Product Manager, Tech Lead, QA, and Developers to enhance team performance.
Monitor and analyze team metrics to identify trends and drive efficiency.

Profil recherché

✨ You are a great match if :

Final-year engineering or business school student with an interest in Agile methodologies, SaaS technologies, and the banking sector.
First experience as an intern or an apprentice in a tech company, fintech, or bank in a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile-related role.
Languages: Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to collaborate with diverse teams, an excellent team player.
You thrive on challenges, have an entrepreneurial mindset, and enjoy the energy of scale-ups.
