Stoïk est la première insurtech spécialisée sur le risque cyber en Europe !

Lancée en 2021 par Jules Veyrat, Alexandre Andreini, Nicolas Sayer et Philippe Mangematin, Stoïk est la première agence de souscription qui permet aux courtiers en assurance de couvrir leurs clients PME et ETI contre le risque de cyberattaques de manière simple et pérenne.

À l’origine de Stoïk, un étonnement : comment tant d’entreprises peuvent-elles rester si vulnérables face à une menace aussi dévastatrice que les cyberattaques ?

Si le devoir de conseil oblige les courtiers à proposer une couverture cyber à leurs clients, leur tâche a longtemps été rendue compliquée par la difficulté de trouver une assurance facile à souscrire, complète et intégrant un volet prévention indispensable !
Notre mission ? leur donner les moyens d’assurer et de protéger leurs clients contre le risque de cyberattaques.

En quelques mois, nous avons construit une équipe de près de 70 talents, créé et lancé notre produit sur le marché français et allemand.

Nous avons levé près de 30 millions d’euros avec certains des meilleurs investisseurs au monde (Andreessen Horowitz, Munich Re Ventures, Opera Tech Ventures, Alven & Anthemis) et d’incroyables Business Angels (CEO de wefox, Luko, Dashlane, KKR, etc.), et nous avançons rapidement pour devenir les leaders européens sur le marché en plein essor de la cyber-assurance.

Descriptif du poste

Founded in 2021 with the ambition to become a leading player in the European cyber insurance landscape, Stoïk has already made its mark:

  • tripling in size since 2023, now protecting over 5,500 clients and managing €25m+ in premiums,

  • successfully launching its cyber prevention SaaS tool with more than 160 customer in 5 months,

  • protecting our insured portfolio with more than 380 cyber-incidents covered by our Incident Response team in 2024.

Backed by €40m+ in funding from top-tier VC firms (a16z, Alven, Munich Re), we operate across four geographies (France, Germany, Austria, and Spain).

To support this strong growth and strengthen our Finance team at the group level in Paris, we are recruiting a FP&A Manager to scale our reporting and analytical capabilities and support high-impact initiatives like geographic expansion, M&A and the launch of new insurance and SaaS products. You’ll work closely with leadership and help shape the finance team within a group of 100+ people.

Missions

1. Group Reporting Management

  • Redesign and streamline our existing group reporting tools and processes to match our forecasted level of complexity (geographies and product lines)

  • Monitor actuals vs. budget across all entities, identify variances, and set up alerts

  • Prepare recurring investor reporting packages

2. Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Overhaul the annual budgeting process and set up a robust quarterly reforecasting cycle with the help of our Finance Ops Léa

  • Redefine our budget files, and be the referent to ensure alignment between operations and financial projections

  • Provide strategic visibility to leadership by building dynamic and scenario-based forecasts

3. Financial Automation & Tooling

  • Identify opportunities for automation within the FP&A function (reporting, consolidation, forecasting)

  • Lead the implementation of new tools and processes to improve efficiency and reliability

4. Strategic & Ad-Hoc Projects

  • Support strategic decision-making with tailored financial analyses and business cases and provide financial implications on key business initiatives

  • Participate to cross-functional financial projects (e.g. geographical expansion, new products launches, M&A, ERP implementation, to name a few)

Profil recherché

Education / Experience :

  • Graduate from a top-tier business or engineering school or equivalent,

  • 3–5 years of professional experience, including:

    • 1.5–2 years in corporate finance (transaction services, audit, venture capital, etc.)
    • 1.5–3 years in an FP&A team within a startup or scale-up environment.

Technical Skills :

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and presentation tools (Google Sheets, Pitch, PowerPoint, etc.), or any other data visualisation tool,

  • In-depth knowledge and interest for Finance, knowledge of financial challenges of startups,

  • Knowledge of xP&A tools is a plus,

  • Fluent in both English and French; proficiency in any additional language is a plus.

  • You demonstrate strong rigor in financial modeling and reporting, and are regarded as a reliable and trusted source of information within the company.

  • You are autonomous and comfortable taking ownership of your scope.

  • You’re proactive and take initiative — not only in driving existing projects forward, but also in identifying and sourcing new ones.

  • You have a clear and confident communication style, coupled with a strong business mindset. You know how to lead cross-functional discussions with teams such as Marketing, Operations, Data, and Sales, and bring actionable ideas to the table.

  • You’re highly organised and have developed your own effective methods for managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines at once.
