Colive manages approximately 700 rooms across Europe, including locations in Brussels, Lille, Lisbon, Paris, and more on the horizon. Responsibilities
Contracting and supervising repairs and maintenance work
Managing and monitoring incoming maintenace requests
Regular properties checklist/reporting
Researching and sourcing competitive bids from various service providers, such as insurers, cleaning companies, technicians
Placing orders for materials
Communication with tenants
Representing the company to tenants
Participating in the opening of new properties
Market research
