Job Description

As our VP Product, reporting directly to our CEO, you'll lead a high-performing team consisting of 4 Senior Product Managers and 2 Product Designers.

You'll work closely alongside the CTO, playing a pivotal role in shaping our product vision, unifying our product suite, and enhancing our strategic positioning to drive the next level of company growth.

Inspired by Marty Cagan’s Discovery & Delivery and Ryan Singer’s Shape Up frameworks, we expect you to continually refine and optimize our product development practices.

Your Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the strategic product vision aligned with the company's growth objectives.

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a world-class product team, fostering a culture of empowerment, continuous learning, and innovation.

  • Collaborate closely with the CTO to integrate technical strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to product and technology.

  • Champion the evolution and unification of our Marketing Automation, CDP, Predictive AI, and Loyalty products, setting high standards for UX/UI excellence as a core differentiator and driver of successful product integration.

  • Drive the widespread integration of AI across the entire CRM value chain, enhancing daily workflows and capabilities for customers and internal teams.

  • Deeply understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to prioritize impactful initiatives.

  • Collaborate closely with the Product Marketing team, leveraging their expertise to ensure strong market alignment and successful product adoption

  • Drive an ecosystem-first strategy by building and nurturing strategic partnerships and ensuring seamless integration within the broader MarTech ecosystem.

  • Engage effectively with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive teams to drive alignment, transparency, and shared success.

  • Implement best-in-class product management practices inspired by industry-leading frameworks.

  • Act as the face of our Product organization, representing the company and our product vision externally to customers, prospects, industry analysts, and events.

Preferred Experience

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of product management experience in SaaS, ideally multi-products and/or within MarTech.

  • At least 5 years in senior leadership roles, managing and developing high-performing product teams.

  • Demonstrated experience launching successful SaaS products, with a strong focus on B2B mid-market environments.

  • Proven technical acumen, with the ability to engage deeply on product architecture, integration, and data-driven features.

  • Strong Design culture, good knowledge of user research, able to advocate for design best practices and UX principles

  • Strong track record in customer-centric product discovery, strategy formulation, and effective execution at scale, reinforced by a robust design culture, deep understanding of user research, and the ability to advocate for UX principles and best practices.

  • Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and influence effectively across all levels of the organization.

  • Hands-on experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and driving organizational alignment.

  • Fluent in both French and English.
