Senior Product Manager W/M

About

Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager in the Data & Connectivity domain, you will lead the product strategy and execution for the capabilities that make Splio easy to integrate into our customers’ tech stack and that unlock the value of unified data across the platform.

You will work at the intersections of key product pillars that form the foundation of our AI-first platform:

  • Connectivity & integrations: Building, growing and enabling partners to build integrations, so customers can activate Splio faster with less technical effort.

  • Customer data platform (CDP): Building and evolving event-driven foundations, data interfaces (In & Out), ensuring scalability and strong data quality foundations through cleaning, normalization, validation, and monitoring.

  • Data activation: unlocking the power of data for marketers and AI capabilities by providing robust workflows, data stores, and enrichment capabilities.

  • Audiences: enabling marketers to explore, analyze, and segment data through an intuitive audience builder and data UIs across entities.

  • Analytics: helping marketers understand business and data performance and enabling other product areas with reliable performance metrics.

Missions & Responsibilities

  • Own the Product Vision & Strategy: Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Data & Connectivity, aligned with Splio's business goals and customer needs.

  • Make integration self-service: Design end-to-end onboarding journeys, create reusable integration patterns, and drive adoption of partner connectors.

  • Build best-in-class data interfaces: Define and evolve APIs, ingestion/export mechanisms, and integration capabilities that balance flexibility with simplicity.

  • Raise data quality standards: Define expectations for data validation, normalization, and monitoring. Enable transparency so customers understand and can fix data issues.

  • Lead Discovery & Delivery: Identify opportunities through customer research and data analysis. Frame problems clearly and deliver incremental value while maintaining platform coherence.

  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Engineering, Product Design, Product Marketing, and customer-facing teams to ensure alignment and consistency.

  • Drive outcomes with metrics: Define and track KPIs including activation rate, time-to-value, connector adoption, integration reliability, and data quality indicators.

Preferred Experience

  • Senior Product Management Experience (scope + impact): 5–8+ years in Product Management, with at least 2+ years owning a strategic, cross-team scope (platform, data, integration, or developer-facing products). Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes that span multiple squads and product domains.

  • Platform product ownership: Proven track record building platform capabilities used by other product teams, with strong prioritization skills across competing internal and external needs (customers, partners, Sales/CS, Engineering).

  • Technical depth for Data & Connectivity: Comfortable shaping product decisions on:

    • APIs (REST/GraphQL), webhooks, event models, authentication/authorization
    • Connectors and integration patterns (including partner ecosystems)
    • Data pipelines (ingestion, export/sync), data modeling, identity/matching
    • Reliability, performance, backward compatibility, and observability

You are able to challenge design choices and make trade-offs with Engineering without being the architect.

  • Self-service and operational excellence mindset: Experience designing self-serve onboarding and configuration for complex products, with clear guardrails, diagnostics, and safe defaults. Ability to reduce dependency on Professional Services and Support while preserving enterprise readiness.

  • Data quality product thinking: Strong understanding of data quality challenges (validation, normalization, deduplication, monitoring, alerting, remediation workflows) and ability to translate them into customer-facing product experiences that build trust.

  • Metrics and outcome-driven leadership: Ability to define and steer by measurable outcomes such as activation rate, time-to-value, connector adoption, integration success rate, ingestion/export reliability, and data quality KPIs. Strong analytical skills to investigate issues and prioritize high-leverage improvements.

  • Stakeholder leadership and communication: Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences. Able to align Engineering, Product, Design, and go-to-market teams on shared standards and decisions. Comfortable presenting trade-offs and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

  • Customer and partner orientation: Experience working directly with customers (technical and business stakeholders) and ideally with partners building integrations, including managing requirements, documentation needs, and feedback loops.

  • Language: Fluent in English (French is a plus).
