L’application mobile accompagne les personnes touchées par le cancer afin de les aider à mieux vivre et gérer les effets secondaires liés aux traitements. Sa plateforme de télésurveillance, dispositif médical de classe IIa, permet aux professionnels de santé de mieux comprendre et suivre leurs patients à distance afin d’améliorer leur prise en charge. En octobre 2023, Resilience est devenu le premier dispositif médical en oncologie à obtenir un remboursement pérenne par l’Assurance Maladie.

Convaincue de la nécessité d’offrir une prise en charge globale et personnalisée aux patients atteints de maladie chronique, la société a élargi son périmètre à d’autres pathologies, en commençant par l’immunologie. En 2023, Resilience a fait l’acquisition de GutyCare, dédiée au suivi des patients atteints de Maladies Inflammatoires Chroniques de l’Intestin (MICI). La société développe également une solution en psychiatrie.

Resilience poursuit par ailleurs sa volonté d’être un acteur majeur de la recherche clinique en oncologie, convaincue que chaque donnée collectée par la télésurveillance est une ressource considérable pour améliorer et personnaliser la prise en charge des patients et, à plus long terme, pour accélérer l’innovation thérapeutique.

Our Life Sciences division partners with Global Pharmas & Biotechs to scale the Patient Voice across the entire oncology value chain. We empower clients from clinical development to routine care, leveraging tech & data to improve research and health outcomes.

We are looking for an expert for each of our offers :

  • CRS (Clinical Research Solutions): bringing remote monitoring within phase I/II trials to improve clinical trial success rate, ensure optimal patient engagement and generate pioneering clinical insights

  • RWE (Real-World Evidence): executing patient-centric retrospective and prospective studies, to accelerate real-world data and evidence generation

PSP (Patient Support Program): deploying tailored Digital Support Programs, to improve treatment adherence and outcomes

Job Summary:

  • Orchestrate end-to-end sales cycle within Mid-Market & Enterprise accounts across the Life Sciences Industry (prospection, nurturing, closing, renewal, upsell), bringing the right resources at the right time

  • Navigate complex organizations with various functions, be identified as a key strategic partner by each function

  • Distribute & tailor various offers (CRS, PSP, RWE) to very specific needs of each account (i.e. being able to deliver Medico-Business value propositions)

Your daily responsibilities & routine:

  • Generating new business opportunities

    • Sourcing and qualifying leads to generate new business opportunities;

    • Developing a plan for your perimeter that includes pro-active and consistent new business generation

  • Running a high-performance end-to-end sales process

    • Performing in depth discovery processes with prospective clients to understand their key pain points and business objectives

    • Drive the value proposition and messaging throughout the sales process, from discovery, demo through proposal

    • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to demonstrate Resilience’s value proposition to prospective clients

    • Collaborate with internal teams to present a tailored proposal and run negotiations and contracting processes with the client

  • Developing strategic and high-value enterprise accounts

    • Stakeholder mapping & Value propositions

    • Key performance indicators, goals and objectives

    • Supporting the Operations team to delivering against account KPIs

  • Growing, monitoring and analyzing your performance

    • Monitoring sales activity and controlling pipeline against quota

    • Managing and evangelizing your own commercial customers, paying attention to up-sale opportunities

    • Attending conferences and events to network and keeping up-to-date with industry trends to engage customers

    • Analyzing performance and delivering insights to leadership

  • Gabriel (Solutions Engineer) joined Resilience after +3 years as an HealthTech investor. He'll be your brainstorming buddy and will help you navigate all sorts of challenges!

2️⃣ What you'll bring

⚙️ You'll definitely have:

  • 3+ years of XP with a consultative approach to selling software/tech solutions or services to mid-market/enterprise clients

  • 3+ years of XP in the life sciences industry

  • Strong track record of managing full sales cycles, performing at and exceeding quotas

  • Expertise in one of our business (CRS, PSP, RWE)
