Sa plateforme de télésurveillance, dispositif médical de classe IIa, permet aux professionnels de santé de mieux comprendre et suivre leurs patients à distance afin d’améliorer leur prise en charge. En octobre 2023, Resilience est devenu le premier dispositif médical en oncologie à obtenir un remboursement pérenne par l’Assurance Maladie.

Convaincue de la nécessité d’offrir une prise en charge globale et personnalisée aux patients atteints de maladie chronique, la société a élargi son périmètre à d’autres pathologies, en commençant par l’immunologie. En 2023, Resilience a fait l’acquisition de GutyCare, dédiée au suivi des patients atteints de Maladies Inflammatoires Chroniques de l’Intestin (MICI). La société développe également une solution en psychiatrie.

Resilience poursuit par ailleurs sa volonté d’être un acteur majeur de la recherche clinique en oncologie, convaincue que chaque donnée collectée par la télésurveillance est une ressource considérable pour améliorer et personnaliser la prise en charge des patients et, à plus long terme, pour accélérer l’innovation thérapeutique.

🏨 The Company

Resilience is a French scale-up revolutionizing chronic disease management through digital medical devices. We have already demonstrated leadership in oncology in France by combining clinical excellence and digital innovation. Today, we aim to replicate this success in psychiatry to sustainably improve mental healthcare pathways.

📝 Your Role

In a nutshell:

The Medical Director/Sr. Medical Director owns the clinical development strategy for Resilience’s psychiatry portfolio and acts as the medical reference for our digital medical device in mood disorders (Edra).

You will act as a clinical lead for evidence generation in Psychiatry. Working closely with our Clinical Scientist, while collaborating with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Product, and Market Access teams.

This role currently reports to the Chief Medical Officer and is a key pillar to replicate Resilience’s oncology success in psychiatry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Development (Core responsibility)

    • Define and execute the clinical development strategy in psychiatry

    • Serve as clinical lead for Resilience-sponsored studies (including EC-102)

    • Provide medical oversight on:

      • study design and endpoints

      • protocol development and amendments

      • data interpretation and clinical relevance

    • Ensure clinical robustness for regulatory submissions & reimbursement and evidence discussions

  • Cross-functional Leadership

    • Partner closely with the Clinical Scientist on study execution and data quality

    • Collaborate with:

      • Biostatistics (study design, analyses, endpoints)

      • QARA / Regulatory (clinical compliance, MDR, vigilance)

      • Product (translation of clinical needs into digital features)

      • Market Access & Public Affairs (clinical evidence support)

  • Medical Affairs Interface (collaborative role)

    • Support Medical Affairs with:

      • scientific narratives and clinical positioning

      • KOL engagement strategy and advisory boards

      • congresses and external scientific communication

    • Act as medical expert when needed, without owning day-to-day Medical Affairs execution

  • External Representation

    • Represent Resilience with:

      • key opinion leaders

      • academic centers

      • health authorities and expert panels

    • Contribute to Resilience’s scientific credibility in psychiatry

👤 Candidate Profile

  • A strategic thinker beyond individual patient care

  • Excellent at interpersonal communication and presentation

  • Able to structure and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Collaborative and able to work with multidisciplinary teams

  • Rigorous in scientific and clinical matters

📃 You're the right person if you have already:

  • Board certification in psychiatry

  • At least 3 years of experience in clinical research (industry or academia, preferably industry)

  • Proven involvement in clinical studies (design, execution, interpretation)

  • Strong understanding of regulatory and evidence expectations

  • Active connections with psychiatric centers

  • C1 level English minimum

It's a plus if you:

  • Have experience in medical affairs or medical device development
