📝 Your Role
In a nutshell:
The Medical Director/Sr. Medical Director owns the clinical development strategy for Resilience’s psychiatry portfolio and acts as the medical reference for our digital medical device in mood disorders (Edra).
You will act as a clinical lead for evidence generation in Psychiatry. Working closely with our Clinical Scientist, while collaborating with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Product, and Market Access teams.
This role currently reports to the Chief Medical Officer and is a key pillar to replicate Resilience’s oncology success in psychiatry.
Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Development (Core responsibility)
Define and execute the clinical development strategy in psychiatry
Serve as clinical lead for Resilience-sponsored studies (including EC-102)

Provide medical oversight on:
study design and endpoints
protocol development and amendments
data interpretation and clinical relevance
Ensure clinical robustness for regulatory submissions & reimbursement and evidence discussions

Cross-functional Leadership

Medical Affairs Interface (collaborative role)

Support Medical Affairs with:
scientific narratives and clinical positioning
KOL engagement strategy and advisory boards
congresses and external scientific communication
Act as medical expert when needed, without owning day-to-day Medical Affairs execution

Board certification in psychiatry
At least 3 years of experience in clinical research (industry or academia, preferably industry)
Proven involvement in clinical studies (design, execution, interpretation)
Strong understanding of regulatory and evidence expectations
Active connections with psychiatric centers
C1 level English minimum
