Job Description

To support its development, Qobuz is seeking a Social Media Assistant (Apprentice) – Native English

Within the Marketing and Communication department, reporting to the Social Media team, you will contribute to:

  • Increase Qobuz's presence on its social networks to develop its awareness, reputation, and influence;

  • Promote editorial and musical content on social networks to establish Qobuz's positioning;

  • Act as a bridge between the music, marketing, editorial, and customer service departments to relay the brand's news on social networks.

Tasks

Under the responsibility of the Social Media Manager, you will be involved in the following tasks:

  • Participation in the implementation of the media strategy: Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok;

  • Support in coordinating and implementing the Social Media strategy with international teams;

  • Content creation dedicated to each platform;

  • Community management: moderation and responses to comments on Socials in close collaboration with customer service;

  • Assistance with reportings;

  • Monitoring of music news and new Social Media trends.

Preferred Experience

Student in marketing/communication (Master’s Degree). A first experience in the music industry is desired.

To successfully carry out these missions, you need to:

  • Know and master the different social networks, their tools, and their current uses;

  • Have good writing skills, impeccable spelling, and a sharp eye;

  • Master the basics of Canva, CapCut (Photoshop, After Effects are a plus), and computer tools (Powerpoint, Excel, Word);

  • Have fluent written and spoken English. If you are a native English speaker, your profile will be given priority;

  • Notions of video editing/motion design are welcome.

  • Organized and able to carry out a project within the given deadlines;

  • Autonomous, rigorous, and involved;

  • Creative and curious;

  • Empathetic, with good teamwork skills and good interpersonal skills;

  • Have a good musical culture and a keen interest in the music industry and digital platforms, - which are essential;

  • Passionate about music: previous experience in the cultural field is desired.
