Job Description

🎯 Mission

Qobra’s value lies in automating and securing sales compensation calculations for Ops teams, giving real-time visibility to employees, and bringing cash performance analytics to Finance. All this relies heavily on being connected to our customers’ tools: deals retrieved in real-time from their CRM, imports of targets from the database, employee information linked to the HRIS, reporting sent via API to their BI tool… Which makes data integration a cornerstone of our strategy.

As the Product Manager of our Data Integration squad, your mission will be to make Qobra more and better connected for our customers, thus making data more reliable and relevant. This will involve expanding Qobra's integration catalog, but not only that, as you will also need to open new parts of the product to integrations, improve the quality of these integrations, and above all drive their adoption. More generally, you will have a strategic role in positioning the product in our customer's stack.

You will be working hand in hand with the Tech Lead and the three developers of your squad, as well as a product designer. You will report to the CPO and will be part of a 20 people Product-Tech team divided in 3 squads.

The main responsibilities of the job:

💡 Orga & Strategy

  • Identify product opportunities for the Data Integration squad, and prioritize them in a roadmap with the help of the CPO.
  • In particular, establish a clear mapping and tactic regarding Qobra's integration catalog, identifying potential key partnerships to form.
  • Lead the operation of your squad, with a dynamic of continuous improvement.
  • Drive a data-oriented approach within your squad to support prioritization, decision-making, and impact assessment, using Metabase and adhoc data extracts from the Tech team.
  • Contribute to the overall progress of the Product-Tech team by identifying improvement areas and proactively leading them.

🕵️ Discovery

  • Empathise with the needs and problems of our customers by connecting with them, through Sales / Customer Success meetings, user interviews as needed and in-depth account analysis.
  • Gather insights from various internal teams depending on project needs.

⚙️ Delivery

  • Write clear and detailed specifications, serving as a central point for reflection and alignment on product work.
  • Follow the progress of project developments over time and support the squad in day-to-day decision-making.
  • Test product features before they go live.
  • Coordinate communication around project progress and release (customer communication, marketing, internal communication…).

Your profile

  • You have >2 years of experience in Product Management, including significant experience working on a SaaS product.
  • Having at least 1 year past experience as a software engineer.
  • You have a strong logic and problem-solving mindset.
  • You can effectively collaborate with different departments (Tech, Sales, Design) and align everyone.
  • You have already deep-dived technical documents (API docs…) and you are eager for more.
