Job Description

Our customer is a fast-growing SaaS telecom company that provides communication solutions to individuals businesses worldwide. He provides professionals with an easy-to-use cloud-based-communication system connected to the tools.

The team of 100 people works from all around the world, with offices in Paris and Tallinn.

The role :

We are looking for a skilled and proactive VoIP Engineer to join our customer’s team, responsible for the setup, maintenance, and continuous improvement of their VoIP infrastructure.

Main missions :

• Setup & maintenance of VoIP Infrastructure based on Kamailio / FreeSwitch / RTPEngine

• Changing VoIP Infrastructure for new features

• Analyzing & troubleshooting the SIP traffic

• Responding to crashes and system failures

• Enforcing policies around security, compliance, change control, etc

Job details :

• Full-time, permanent contract

• Location : Paris

• Hybrid : 2 days of working from home per week

Preferred Experience

Job requirements :

• Excellent knowledge of SIP stack

• Excellent knowledge of FreeSWITCH or Asterisk platforms

• Experience with working Kamailio/OpenSIPS, or similar

• Basic programming knowledge, in languages such as Bash, Lua, Python

• Basic knowledge of WebRTC

The following skills will be a plus :

• Past experience working with SBC – Audicodes, Ribbon

• Good knowledge of Linux

• Experience with system and network monitoring solutions

• Experience with Docker

• Some knowledge of SS7 protocol
