Job Description

Context

  • Do you have experience in managing cash flows, financial planning, and reporting across multiple entities?

  • Do you have experience in the video game industry?

  • Are you confident using tools like Excel or Google Sheets to structure and analyze financial data?

  • Are you autonomous, organized, and comfortable working in French and English in a fast-moving, international environment?

Why do we need a Financial Manager?

As the studio grows internationally, we need a Financial Manager to ensure solid financial operations across our different entities. Your role will support both the day-to-day management of cash and the long-term structuring of our financial tools and processes. You will be central to the studio’s ability to make clear, data-informed decisions and sustain its growth.

Your future team

You will join a project with 100 people (Gameplay Programmers, Designers, Artists, etc.) from multiple countries (Europe, Canada, USA, India...). The team is set to grow in the future!

Preferred Experience

Your future impact

  • Manage day-to-day cash flow across all entities, ensuring smooth operations and anticipating any financial tension. Your autonomy and sense of ownership will be key to staying ahead.

  • Build and monitor cash flow forecasts, business plans, and financial dashboards in close collaboration with management. You’re precise, analytical, and highly proficient with Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Coordinate funding applications (grants, tax credits, etc.) and manage external financial relationships with banks and investors. You communicate clearly and adapt easily to different partners and contexts.

  • Implement and improve internal financial tools and processes to structure how the company tracks and analyzes performance. You’re proactive and comfortable creating your own solutions.

  • Analyze and report key financial indicators to management, providing clear insights for decision-making. Your attention to detail and clarity of communication will make you a trusted voice.

  • Identify and prevent risks, putting in place internal controls to ensure financial security and compliance. You combine a strong understanding of finance with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
