We are looking for a Freelance Instructional Designer — Native English Speaker based in Europe or the United States.
🎯 Your Role
You will collaborate with our Pedagogical Engineering and Project teams to design high-quality learning experiences for enterprise clients.
Instructional Design
Analyze client documentation, workflows and business processes
Define clear pedagogical structures adapted to user needs
Transform complex software processes into intuitive step-by-step learning experiences
Design interactive guides using the Lemon Learning platform
Content Creation
Write clear, concise and user-focused instructional content in native-level English
Ensure consistency, clarity and pedagogical quality
Adapt content to different user audiences and maturity levels
Client Collaboration
Participate in selected client and prospect calls
Understand business needs and translate them into learning solutions
Provide recommendations on best practices for digital adoption
