Our flagship solution integrates a 3D camera mounted on a robotic arm with our proprietary AI software. This combination allows clients to train and integrate our AI with their robots, enabling the 3D camera to perceive and interact with its work environment seamlessly.

We proudly collaborate with leading automotive & other manufacturing industries across Europe and the US (Stellantis, Ford, Beko, Airbus, etc).

With a total of €20M in funding, we are expanding our team and are currently hiring for multiple positions, including software engineers, developers, and sales roles, available as full-time jobs and internships.

We have an office in the US in Detroit, Michigan and are currently opening an office in Tokyo Japan to support our existing customers base and expand it.

Descriptif du poste

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building a scalable and repeatable sales engine that enables us to exceed our ambitious revenue goals. You’ll design and optimize sales processes that grow with our customers and scale across markets and geographies. You’ll report directly to Albane, our COO & co-founder.

To achieve this goal, you will work on the following :

  1. Sales process optimization

* Design and refine sales processes to increase productivity and consistency.

* Identify bottlenecks and streamline workflows.

  1. Data management & reporting

* Maintain CRM data integrity (hubspot)

* Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into performance, pipeline, and forecasting.

  1. Performance analysis & forecasting

* Analyze sales metrics (win rates, quota attainment, conversion rates).

* Support accurate sales forecasting and goal-setting.

  1. Territory & quota planning

* Help the COO assign sales territories and set quotas based on data and strategy.

* Ensure equitable and strategic distribution of leads and accounts.

  1. Compensation planning

* Design commission and incentive plans that align with company goals.

* Track and ensure accuracy in payout calculations.

  1. Cross-functional collaboration with field operations & Marketing teams

* Work closely with operations teams as well as marketing to create new sales materials, align goals and share insights.

* Serve as a liaison between sales leadership and other departments.

  1. Training & onboarding lead

* Guarantee the new rep onboarding by ensuring they have access to tools, training, and resources.

* May also help with ongoing skills development and certifications.

Your responsibility will cover all 3 geographies of inbolt: Europe, USA, Japan

Details:

Start date: ASAP.

Location: Paris - This position will be based in our office at 12 rue Vivienne 75002 Paris.

Profil recherché

Skills we are looking for:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in sales ops, project management, consulting or sales

  • Master's degree (or equivalent, Bac+5 level) expected.

  • Completely fluent in English and French (C1 or C2 level).

  • Excellent writing and communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.

  • Strategic thinking and the ability to see the big picture while managing details.

  1. Initial 30 min interview with Marion (HR & Culture Manager)

  2. 45 min Interview and Case study interview with Albane Dersy, our COO.

  3. Motivation and personality interview with Rudy, our CEO

The whole recruitment process should take no longer than 2 weeks.
