Inbolt is a robotics software company developing a real-time industrial robot guidance solution based on 3D vision and AI. Our mission is to create a vision system for industrial robots that enables robust real-time decision-making for any type of environment. Our flagship product, Inbolt, includes a 3D camera attached to a robotic arm and our software, Inbolt Studio. Our clients can train and integrate our solution with their robots.

With €20M raised, we are headquartered in Paris and work with top automotive industries in Europe and the US.

You would be joining us at a pivotal moment: the HR team is still in its early stages, which means real opportunities to help shape the structure.

Location: Paris - This position will be based in our office at 12 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris.

Responsibilities: As Head of People at Inbolt, you’ll be the architect of our global People strategy, building the foundations for high-performance teams across Europe, the US, and Japan. You'll shape a bold, scalable culture, drive world-class employee experiences, and play a critical role in powering Inbolt’s next stage of growth.

Your key duties will include :

  • Act as a sparring partner to leadership on org design, culture, and team scaling across all functions.

  • Lead hiring, compliance, and HR operations for our European HQ and US/Japan subsidiaries.

  • Own complex international HR topics such as US visa processes, and cross-border employment law.

  • Design and scale a high-impact recruitment engine across markets:fast, sharp, and candidate-first.

  • Elevate our employer brand to attract top global talent in robotics, AI, and manufacturing tech.

  • Build exceptional employee journeys: from onboarding to internal mobility and career growth.

  • Define and monitor key People KPIs (turnover, engagement, comp benchmarking, etc.) to steer strategic decisions.

  • Deploy and optimize HR tools and processes that match our scale-up ambitions and operational maturity.

  • Coach and guide the HR Manager; provide strategic oversight while staying close to execution.

  • Structure the People function to support Inbolt’s rapid growth and international team expansion.

Profil recherché

Required Skills

  • Fluency in English/French

  • Master's degree in Human Resources (international background is a plus)

  • 5-8 years of proven professional experience in HR, with a generalist dimension (HR core, HR processes and payroll).

  • Good knowledge of French and United States employment law and HR obligations (Japanese knowledge is a plus)

  • Strong sensitivity to people: you can handle delicate matters with humanity and agility

  • Proficiency in HR tools (Payfit, Deel, Gusto…)

Additional Plus

  • Experience in a startup/fast-paced environment
