We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our mission at EGYM Wellpass and revolutionize employees’ access to sports and wellness activities. In this role, you will play a key part in our company’s growth by identifying, engaging, and convincing new clients, while building strong and lasting relationships with them.

Your responsabilities

  • Strategic Analysis & Targeting: You identify the most relevant companies and quickly gather key information in order to maximize the impact of commercial actions.

  • Outbound Prospecting: You launch multichannel prospecting campaigns (calls, email sequences, LinkedIn) to identify the most promising leads and promote EGYM Wellpass’s value proposition to companies in Belgium.

  • Automation & Growth: You leverage automated prospecting tools such as Lemlist, working closely with the Growth team to optimize campaign performance and efficiency.

  • Lead Qualification: You convert MQLs into SQLs by rigorously qualifying the most relevant opportunities for the sales team.

  • Strategic Meeting Booking: You schedule qualified meetings for the Account Executives, either remotely or in person, to maximize closing opportunities.

  • Reporting & CRM Management: You track your daily activity in Salesforce and provide accurate reporting to ensure optimal sales performance management.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: You work closely with the Marketing and Account Executive teams by sharing prospect insights and feedback to continuously refine the sales strategy.

Your training goal for your first 6 months

  • Sales Performance: You achieve your prospecting targets by generating 20 qualified meetings per month, representing 60 qualified meetings per quarter, across Paris and regional areas in line with the defined target accounts.

  • Tools Mastery & Sales Expertise: You become fully autonomous and comfortable with all tools and processes related to your role (CRM, prospecting tools, reporting, etc.), while developing a deep understanding of your scope (offerings, targets, positioning) to ensure relevant and efficient prospecting.

  • Continuous Improvement & Team Spirit: You actively contribute ideas to improve processes and sales approaches, and collaborate closely with the Sales Managers in Paris and across regions to ensure consistency, smooth communication, and collective performance.

Preferred Experience

  • Education: You hold a Master’s degree (Bac +4/5), ideally from a business school.

  • B2B Sales Experience: You have a first successful experience in B2B sales.

  • Organization & Discipline: You are persistent, rigorous, organized, and autonomous in managing your responsibilities and priorities.

  • Sales Proactivity: You are not afraid to pick up the phone and book as many meetings as possible to generate new opportunities.

  • Performance Mindset: You are results-driven and motivated by achieving your targets, while closely monitoring your KPIs through rigorous data analysis.

  • Analytical Thinking: You are able to quickly analyze key information and communicate it clearly and effectively.

  • Persuasion Skills: You have excellent communication skills and know how to be impactful and convincing on the phone.

  • Written & Verbal Communication: You have strong written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to interact professionally with a wide range of stakeholders.

  • Languages: You are bilingual Dutch/Flemish and fluent in English. French is a plus.

Recruitment Process

  • Discovery Interview: You meet with Dolihane, Talent Acquisition Manager, for a 30-minute video interview to discuss your background, motivations, and expectations.

  • Operational Interview & Case Study: You participate in a one-hour interview with Constance (Head of Business Development) including a case study and role-play to assess your sales skills.

  • Management Validation: You meet with Jennifer, Sales Director, for a final interview to validate the overall fit with the role and the commercial vision.

  • Final executive Meeting: You meet one of our VPs or Directors to assess alignment with our teams and company culture.
