Job Description

Location: UK (London or Birmingham) or France (Paris)

Sunstice is looking for a Senior Sales Executive. In this role, you will lead and orchestrate your sales opportunities end-to-end, shaping and executing a truly customer-centric strategy.

We are seeking a commercially driven and entrepreneurial professional who can create momentum in complex sales cycles, align cross-functional teams, and deliver high-impact solutions tailored to client needs.

Role & Responsibilities

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will:

  • Define and execute a customer-centric sales strategy to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities

  • Build a strong understanding of client business and IT challenges, positioning Sunstice’s solutions as a strategic fit

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders at both executive and operational levels

  • Lead collaboration across internal teams, partners, and client stakeholders to shape high-value, tailored propositions

  • Prepare and deliver compelling business cases and value propositions to senior decision-makers

  • Use Sunstice’s sales methodology and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) to effectively manage pipeline and activities

  • Oversee ongoing engagements to ensure client satisfaction and retention

  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue and growth targets

What We’re Looking For :

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in selling SaaS-based business solutions, ideally within complex or enterprise environments

  • Strong understanding of supply chain challenges in the UK market, with the ability to anticipate client needs and position relevant solutions

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of organization

  • Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership

  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
