🚀 Join Our Team as a Finance & Project Management Intern at FuturMaster! 🚀

What You’ll Do:

As a Finance & Project Management Intern, you’ll take part in critical projects, guided by an experienced manager. This role is central to the success of FuturMaster’s performance tracking and strategic planning. Here’s what you’ll be involved in:

Support Financial Operations :

  • Actively contribute to daily activities related to management control, ensuring the analysis and optimization of financial performance.
  • Track and analyze key financial performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives within the Finance department.

    Project management :

  • Collect and consolidate departmental OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
  • Monitor and analyze monthly progress to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Prepare impactful presentations for the Executive Committee (Comex), highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with financial teams to align OKRs with the company’s financial objectives and overall performance.
  • Propose and implement improvements to optimize results and processes.

Who We’re Looking For:

    🎓 You’re pursuing a Master’s degree in Finance and are eager to apply your knowledge in a professional setting. You are available for an end-of year internship or a master work-study program.
    📊 You have a good understanding of Excel and are comfortable using pivot tables and basic formulas.
    🎨 You excel in PowerPoint presentations, turning data into compelling visual stories.
    🤝 You possess strong interpersonal skills, are proactive, and can engage effectively with various stakeholders to drive projects forward.
    🌟 You’re dynamic, rigorous, and bring a positive energy to the team.

    Interview process

    1. Initial Interview: Meet with a member of the HR team (30 minutes) to discuss the position, FuturMaster, and your career path.
    2. Team Interview: A conversation with a Senior Management controller (1 hour).
