Job Description

PlaniSense is a software provider specializing in Supply Chain planning and operations scheduling. Our mission: to reinvent industrial planning to make supply chains more agile, more efficient, and to enhance the work of operational teams on the ground.

Our clients are leaders in the luxury, automotive, and food industries, and we support their transformation projects with high business impact.

PlaniSense is now part of the FuturMaster group, a recognized international player in the field of APS (Advanced Planning & Scheduling) solutions.

By joining PlaniSense, you will actively contribute to the integration process within the FuturMaster group, and may be involved in projects for both entities, in France and internationally.

Your Mission:

As a Senior Consultant within the Delivery department, you will be involved in all phases of client projects, from understanding requirements to implementing the PlaniSense solution, with a high level of autonomy and significant operational impact.

As part of the synergy with FuturMaster, you will also participate in larger-scale or international projects and contribute to harmonizing practices within the group.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main functional point of contact for the client: leading workshops, gathering requirements, modeling business processes, and writing documentation.

  • Configure and deploy PlaniSense solutions, ensuring their integration into existing information systems.

  • Manage implementation projects (Agile methodology) and drive change: training users, providing functional support, and managing change.

  • Identify unmet needs and collaborate with the product team to evolve our solution.

  • Participate in pre-sales activities for high-stakes projects.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement: feedback, development of best practices, and internal knowledge sharing.

    Desired Profile:

    • A graduate from an engineering school or a university master's degree (Bac+5).

    • 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, consulting, or implementation of business software (APS, ERP, Supply Chain...).

    • Strong understanding of industrial and planning processes (demand planning, production, S&OP, scheduling...).

    • Analytical skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, and results-oriented.

    • Strong interest in both technical and functional environments.

    • Adaptability, intellectual curiosity, eagerness to learn every day.

    • Humility, teamwork spirit, capacity for self-reflection, and growth in a demanding environment.

    • Proactivity, autonomy, team spirit, and innovation mindset.

    • Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and advisory posture.

    • Proficiency in professional English (both oral and written required); any other language is a plus.
