Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our Program department, where you will lead and deliver innovative autonomous driving solution projects. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring timely delivery and achieving comprehensive results that meet or exceed the expectations of our clients and partners.

Position details

  • Contract: permanent full time

  • Location: Toulouse (31), partial remote is possible

Your future responsibilities

  • Project Management:

    • Lead one or several projects, which may include engineering service projects, grant-funded programs, or internal developments, all aimed at developing autonomous driving solutions for logistic use cases.
    • Take full ownership of assigned projects, proactively driving progress and overcoming obstacles to meet deadlines and deliverables.
    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans.
    • Deliver all expected project management outputs, such as planning documents, risk analyses, and progress updates.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:

    • Act as the central point of coordination between internal teams (Program, Operations, Engineering, Safety) and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and OEMs.
    • Facilitate effective communication and alignment with stakeholders to ensure project success.
    • Prepare and deliver clear project presentations for a variety of internal and external audiences.
  • Delivery and Execution:

    • Oversee project execution and delivery to ensure alignment with quality and performance expectations.

Preferred Experience

  • Technical skills: Solid experience in robotics or related fields, coupled with strong knowledge of safety standards. Your expertise in project management methodologies and tools will be key. Experience with French/European grant-funded projects is a significant plus.

  • Leadership: You possess advanced rigor, methodical thinking, proactivity, and leadership. Your teamwork and communication skills are outstanding, always with a strong client focus.

  • Analytics: Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with proven ability in problem-solving and decision-making.

  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and French.
