Job Description

Working alongside our Product Manager, you will be involved in the design of our products and the development of their human-machine interfaces for both internal and external clients.

On a daily basis, you will:

  • Collect and analyze the needs and feedback from users of the Digeiz application.

  • Assist in defining features, creating user journeys, and updating them as the product evolves.

  • Write User Stories and specifications of the application's features.

  • Participate in coordinating development teams, including defining and prioritizing the product backlog, sprint organization, and leading meetings.

  • Ensure the quality of the interfaces through functional testing.

  • Support and train internal teams on our new applications and their impact on business processes.

Preferred Experience

We are looking for someone with a background in business or engineering who is eager to work in digital product creation and enhance their skills (technical, UX, business, etc.) alongside us.

You have:

  • A creative, problem-solving mindset.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • A strong sense of organization for effective project management.

  • A keen interest in technical subjects and new technologies.

  • A genuine team spirit, with the ability to listen, understand, and collaborate with diverse international teams.

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of Agile principles is essential (Scrum/Scrumban).

  • A good understanding of how an application works and its databases.

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory (writing, technical documentation, daily meetings in English).

Desired Additional Skills (at least one):

  • Familiarity with UX/UI web design (we work with Figma).

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (SQL and ReactJs is even better!).
