Dashdoc is a SaaS Transport Management System (TMS) for both carriers (companies that operate trucks) and shippers (industrial companies that ship goods).

We help companies digitalize their transport activities and share transport management on a unique platform. Think Google Drive for transports!

Descriptif du poste

🚀 Mission

6 months internship, based in Paris.

Ensure every single client—even the smallest—successfully takes their first steps on Dashdoc.

The Challenge: waking up our "Sleeping Users". In our SMB segment, some clients sign up but haven't yet completed their deployment. Your mission is to build the scalable engine that will re-engage these dormant accounts, identify why they paused their journey, and automate their path toward their first successful shipment on the platform.

🎯 Key Outcomes

1. Audit & "Sleeping User" Analysis

  • Data Deep-Dive: Analyze the behavior of inactive clients to identify the "Aha! Moment" they are missing.

  • Friction Mapping: Document the barriers (technical, psychological, or operational) that prevent SMB carriers from starting.

  • Prediction: Define "Red Flags" (e.g., zero logins after 15 days) to anticipate and prevent customers to stop their adoption.

2. Scalable Engagement Strategy

  • Wake-up Campaigns: Design and implement smart, automated email and sequences to guide "Sleeping Users" back to the platform.

  • Self-Onboarding Optimization: Improve the "Start Alone" resources (help center, videos, checklists) to make onboarding frictionless.

  • Hybrid Alerts: Create a system that flags high-potential "Sleeping Users" for a quick, strategic human intervention by the team.

3. Process & Performance

  • End-of-Life Governance: Define a clear, automated process for accounts that remain inactive (offboarding or contract management).

  • Impact Tracking: Build and monitor a dashboard focused on the "Activation Rate" of the SMB segment.

Profil recherché

  • Creative Communication: You can write catchy, helpful messages that drive users to take action.

  • Freight Transport or Industry interest: You have strong interest in the freight transport or industrial sector. Previous experience/internships in the transport industry would be a bonus !

Process de recrutement

  • Discovery Call (20 min): To get to know you and understand your career goals.

  • Deep-Dive Interview (1 hr): To explore your past experiences and core skills.

  • Case Study (1.5 hrs): To evaluate your problem-solving abilities and your potential in the role.

The overall recruitment process typically takes 2-3 weeks.

At least one stage of the process will take place in person at our Paris and/or Nantes offices.
