Dashdoc is a SaaS Transport Management System (TMS) for both carriers (companies that operate trucks) and shippers (industrial companies that ship goods).

We help companies digitalize their transport activities and share transport management on a unique platform. Think Google Drive for transports!

And for too long carriers, shippers and truckers have been pushed to use complex, expensive, and poorly designed software tools that are not adapted to their needs.

That is why we started Dashdoc.

Job Description

🚀 Mission

As Project manager for our carriers key account customers, you are part of the Customer Success team from our office in Paris. You handle project management to implement our tool with our major carrier clients, and help the sales team make the complex deals a success.

🎯 Goals

  • Ensure the framing and deployment of complex projects from A to Z with customer teams and Dashdoc sales team.

  • Guarantee the best user experience and the best relationship with our customers by collaborating with Dashdoc's sales, product, and technical teams.

  • Stimulate development opportunities by understanding our clients' needs and supporting them.

  • Contribute to building the best product on the market through client feedbacks, and to improve our internal processes.

Preferred Experience

  • Aligned with the company values : Care, Ambition, Passion, Speed

  • Driving licence and flexibility to go on-site : availability for weekly travels on clients’ and prospects’ sites. Driving licence is mandatory

  • Transport knowledge : you have a good knowledge of this business thanks to a first experience in a transport company or logistics company.

  • Experience in complex project management : you are at least 3 year-experienced with key accounts companies, as consultant or project manager. You are autonomous on project methodology and proactive on identifying and solving problems.

  • Language : you are fluent in French and can work in English (written and spoken). Another language is a bonus.

  • Product and tech-oriented : attraction for complex saas products, ability to connect business need with product solution, ability to give trainings.

  • Customer orientation and communication skills : sense of service and ability to understand the clients’ needs to propose efficient solutions. Interpersonal skills, ability to convince and influence stakeholders, prepare and present written presentations

  • Organisation and analytics : excellent ability to analyse data and define KPIs, prioritising between several projects, follow closely an action plan, proactivity
