Dashdoc is a SaaS Transport Management System (TMS) for both carriers (companies that operate trucks) and shippers (industrial companies that ship goods).

We help companies digitalize their transport activities and share transport management on a unique platform. Think Google Drive for transports!

The road freight transportation industry is experiencing a major shake-up with automation and driverless trucks, connectivity, and low-carbon technologies. And for too long carriers, shippers and truckers have been pushed to use complex, expensive, and poorly designed software tools that are not adapted to their needs.

That is why we started Dashdoc.

We want to change the industry by bringing technology at the service of transport professionals. We believe that transport has always been about people, and we want to accompany their digital transformation with tools that are not not only useful, but delightful to use.

Dashdoc is an awesome tech startup with a strong culture, incredible talent, cutting-edge technology, ambitious goals, and passionated customers. We’re currently a team of 85 and plan to grow to 120 by the end of the year.

HOWEVER, throughout our history, we’ve never had someone dedicated to understanding, sharing, and reflecting our mission and culture—both within Dashdoc and outward to the world.

Currently, three of our founders are engineers, and one has a background in sales. So, we’re asking ourselves: Where is our focus on brand and communication?

We need YOU if you’re ready to make a huge impact and help build an international tech leader with a strong culture that’s shared and recognized worldwide!

We’re looking for a Brand Manager with both strategic thinking and hands-on skills because everything is yet to be built.

We need someone ready to take on this challenge, as it’s one of our most critical strategic priorities for the years ahead.

Main responsibilities

Brand & Communication:

  • Define and document the brand identity

  • Translate the brand platform into concrete assets: pitch, taglines, value proposition, visual elements…

  • Lead the communication strategy around key company moments — including events, product launches, strategic partnerships, and other major milestones

Content strategy:

  • Drive the content strategy: editorial pillars and formats

  • Produce and distribute content to support awareness, engagement and lead generation

  • Ensure a strong presence across key channels (LinkedIn, partners, SEO…)

Website ownership:

  • Manage the website: from structure to tone of voice

  • Work closely with design to ensure a visually engaging, brand-aligned experience

  • Continuously evolve the site based on user needs, market trends, and performance insights

Preferred Experience
