What you’ll be doing

Architectural wizardry – Work alongside our Project and Product teams to design and refine stunning co-living spaces.
Master of floorplans – Take layouts from rough drafts to execution-ready plans like a pro.
Carpentry guru – Create detailed execution folders, complete with a bill of quantities.
Site explorer – Visit projects, monitor progress, and ensure that designs come to life exactly as envisioned.
Data whisperer – Establish quantitative descriptive metrics and define project scopes like a true strategist.

Profil recherché

Who you are

Fluent in French & English—you can effortlessly navigate between both.
A creative genius with an eye for aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.
Proficient in Vectorworks, AutoCAD, and Excel—because great designs deserve great tools.
A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset—you don’t wait for opportunities, you create them.
A problem-solving ninja—you see challenges as puzzles waiting to be solved.
Highly analytical and detail-oriented, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
Able to thrive under pressure, delivering top-notch results even in high-paced environments.
