Job Description
We’re looking for a Customer Care Intern in New York City to help keep our houses running smoothly and our members taken care of.
This is a hands-on role; part customer service, part operations. You’ll manage member requests, help coordinate maintenance, and jump on-site when needed to see things firsthand. Always staying cool calm and collected.
What you’ll do:
Own incoming tickets and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
Support members with clear, fast, and helpful communication
Visit houses and asses, you are our boots on the ground! Our eyes all around.
Work closely with our handyman and ops team.
Help solve day-to-day challenges (including the occasional emergency ones)
