We’re looking for a Project Manager to oversee all our renovation projects in Brussels, guiding them from pricing to delivery.

What you’ll be doing:

Manage Renovation Projects: Take charge of all renovation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets ranging from €400K to €3M.
Budget Monitoring: Keep a close eye on project budgets, ensuring they are respected while delivering top-quality results.
Quality Control: Ensure that all projects meet and exceed Cohabs' high standards throughout the execution phase.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with various internal and external teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Negotiation Skills: Negotiate favorable prices and conditions with general contractors and suppliers, challenging offers and providing creative solutions to meet budget requirements.

Preferred Experience

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: You bring 3-5 years of experience in project management within construction, with a strong emphasis on renovation projects or architecture with a strong construction dimension.
Technical Education: A background in architecture or civil engineering is essential.
People Management: You excel in managing teams and are a true team player.
Design & Sustainability Sensibility: You have a keen eye for design and a commitment to sustainable practices.
Language Skills: You are fluent in both French and English.
Solution-Oriented Mindset: You’re eager to bring innovative ideas and challenge our products and processes.
