What you’ll be doing
You’ll be the guardian of around 20 stunning coliving houses in Brussels, making sure everything runs smoothly for our members.
You’ll:
Keep an eye on the overall condition of the houses and make sure they always look (and feel) amazing.
Work closely with our office team to report issues, schedule interventions, and plan small renovations or refreshes when needed.
Handle repairs and maintenance tasks yourself, from plumbing and electrical fixes to small carpentry or painting jobs.
Take initiative and manage your own schedule efficiently, you’re the boss of your day!
