What you’ll be doing:

Rent Mastermind: Help track and follow up on the rents of all our properties around the world. You’ll develop tools to gain deeper insights and closely monitor occupancy rates.
Process Guru: Support the finance team in updating and improving our financial processes. You'll also get the chance to manage your own finance-related ad-hoc projects to optimize how we work.
Accounting Assistant: Dive into daily tasks like invoice processing and budgeting, lending a helping hand to the accounting team.
Cross-Team Collaborator: Work with teams from Property, Project, Community, and more to develop internal reporting tools and identify key data for smarter decision-making.
Innovation Driver: Be a part of shaping our financial processes by bringing fresh ideas and solutions that improve efficiency and organization.

Profil recherché

What we’re looking for:

Student Extraordinaire: You’re studying in higher education in an economic or financial field and you’re eager to apply what you’re learning.
Excel Wizard: You know your way around Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, the works).
Analytical Ace: You love breaking down complex problems and coming up with strong, innovative solutions.
Self-Starter: You’re independent, know when to take action, and can identify when to seek guidance from management.
Organizational Genius: Detail-oriented and organized? That’s you.
Communications Pro: You have excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
