Community Dynamo 💬
Experience Maestro: Ensure a top-notch experience for every member of our community.
Welcome Ambassador: Be the first point of contact for new members and support them throughout their onboarding.
Atmosphere Creator: Organize and participate in events that strengthen the community and boost brand awareness.
Local Partnership Builder: Identify and develop local partnerships that add value to our community.
Content Planner: Develop a content strategy that aligns with Cohabs’ values, including engaging articles, videos, and posts.
Attentive Listener: Gather and relay member feedback to internal teams to continuously enhance the member experience.
Occupancy Booster: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to maximize occupancy rates.
Property Guru 🏡
Quality Guardian: Ensure local properties are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Communicator: Handle communications between Cohabs and our members regarding maintenance and customer service.
Efficient Problem-Solver: Address issues efficiently, finding the best and most economical solutions.
Dynamic Duo: Work alongside a Local Maintenance Manager and contractors to keep things running smoothly.
Cleanliness Champion: Oversee cleaning services to ensure a spotless experience for members.
