What you’ll be doing:
Strategy Architect: Define and refine our B2B strategy to capture market opportunities and drive 12% of leases.
Growth Driver: Deploy the B2B strategy across 9 cities and translate it into actionable local plans.
Opportunity Hunter: Identify new prospecting channels (companies, schools, institutions, partnerships).
Pipeline Master: Track and manage the full sales pipeline to ensure strong conversion and performance.
Team Coach: Support and coach local Sales Leads with hands-on guidance and performance tracking.
Process Optimizer: Adapt sales processes to local market specifics (seasonality, lead types, partnerships).
KPI Guardian: Monitor key metrics (occupancy, churn, time-to-fill) and report to VP Sales.
Cross-Team Collaborator: Work closely with Marketing to align acquisition efforts and boost visibility.
Market Analyst: Conduct competitor analysis and adjust strategy to stay ahead.
