Choose App started its American journey 2 years ago. We've been hard at work for the past 8 years building the app in France and are so excited to have launched it in the US from our New York Choose office.
We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and hands-on Social Media Coordinator to lead the social media presence of Choose US. This role is key to bringing our brand to life on social, growing awareness across the US market, and building a strong connection with our community. You'll work closely with Pia (Marketing Manager) and the wider team to craft a content approach that balances branding, culture, and product storytelling.
Build and manage the weekly social media calendar in collaboration with Pia, aligning with our catalog highlights and branding goals.
Develop and manage the weekly social media calendar in close collaboration with Pia, strategically aligning content with catalog highlights, brand campaigns, and overall marketing initiatives.
Create and publish high-quality, engaging content to support product launches and catalog features. In addition, creation of contents with a strong emphasis on human stories, behind-the-scenes moments, the Paris–NYC connection.
Develop “owned” content formats for Choose US that build closeness and authenticity with our audience.
Proactively monitor social media trends, emerging formats, memes, and relevant cultural moments to ensure Choose content remains fresh, impactful, and culturally relevant.
Independently create basic graphics and adapt templates using tools like Figma or Capcut to support timely content creation.
Organize and implement community-focused initiatives such as giveaways, polls, Q&As, and other interactive campaigns to build audience participation and loyalty.
Track, analyze, and report on key social media performance metrics (engagement, growth, impressions, saves, reach, etc.), providing regular insights and actionable learnings to optimize strategy and achieve business objectives.
Collaborate closely with the content, brand, and growth teams to provide social media support for product launches, marketing campaigns, and broader company initiatives.
A great work environment: Offices at WeWork in the 9th arrondissement of Paris (metro stations Place de Clichy, Europe, or Liège).

Native or near-native proficiency in English is required; professional working proficiency in French and cultural awareness of both the US and France are highly desirable.
Passion for fashion, culture, lifestyle, and conscious brands
Strong understanding of video-based social media platforms, including their distinct algorithms and best practices for optimal performance.
Ability to identify and create emerging video trends.
Strong creative sensibility with the capacity to generate innovative ideas.
Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, iMovie, and/or After Effects.
A flair for editorial content, possessing strong writing skills and a keen eye for detail.
Eagerness and ease in presenting oneself and speaking publicly, with the ability to capture attention and tell compelling stories.
Analytical skills.
