Job Description

As CEO Office Intern, you will work directly with the founders of Axeleo Capital and collaborate with partners and the investment team on a wide range of strategic and operational topics.

You’ll play a hybrid role at the crossroads of investor relations, firm operations, and strategic project management. This is a unique opportunity to gain first-hand exposure to early-stage investing and fund operations while contributing to the growth of a leading European VC firm focused on B2B and Climate/IndustryTech.

Key responsabilities

Contribute to internal strategic projects, including fundraising, marketing, and partnership development.
Support the team by preparing memos, conducting market research and producing high-quality materials such as meeting notes and board-level presentations.
Participate in sourcing and assessing early-stage startups aligned with new investment strategies.

Preferred Experience

Final-year student or gap year from a top business, engineering or political science school.
Strong analytical and written communication skills (French and English).
A sharp business mind, curiosity for startups and tech, and genuine interest in VC/PE.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, autonomous environments.
A first experience in VC, PE, or an M&A boutique is required.
