Splio propose aux marques un CRM AI-first propulsé par Tinyclues AI afin d’orchestrer un marketing client personnalisé à grande échelle sur l’ensemble de leurs canaux. L’intelligence prédictive de Tinyclues est désormais déployée au coeur de la plateforme et irrigue l’ensemble des produits, marketing automation, CDP et moteur de fidélité. La plateforme intègre également Ask My CRM, un agent IA conçu comme un copilote des équipes marketing pour accéder rapidement aux insights et piloter les actions au quotidien.

Déjà adoptée par plus de 500 entreprises (retail, télécoms, tourisme, transports…) en Europe et au MEA, Splio est utilisée chaque jour par des enseignes comme Quick, Cojean, Air France, Fnac Darty, KIABI, Cyrillus, APC, Samsung ou encore Orange.

Job Description

About the position As a Software Engineer - Full Stack JS, you will be responsible for the technical design, implementation and optimization of our SaaS applications.

Within this position, the development will mainly be focused on JavaScript technologies.

💌 Your daily missions will include:

  • Integrate a feature team working with lightweight development workflows, requiring a high-level of autonomy and a strong sense of ownership

  • Work closely with the Splio’s front guild to ensure best practices are applied across the teams and our stack follows the market trend

  • Work closely with Product/UI/UX team to implement the designed user friendly components

  • Managing performance of a real-time web application displaying a high density of data

  • Contribute daily to all parts of our application’s code base : code review, test, architecture design, release, and monitoring ⇒ “You Build It, You run It”

  • Constantly interface with the teams involved in the project to ensure a high-quality product is continuously deployed

  • Stack :

  • Languages : Javascript, TypeScript Framework/Lib : ReactJS, NodeJS, Material UI, NestJS, GraphQL

  • Data : BigQuery, ElasticSearch, PostGres

  • Dev Env : Docker, Gitlab, Gitlab CI Hosting : GCP

  • Contribute to the overall engineering at Splio

  • Contribute to the development with your team

  • Proactively ensure that security, reliability, performance and cost-efficiency are included in technical and architectural discussions

  • Keep up to date with the latest relevant technologies, continually evaluating their use for Splio

  • Leadership (20%)

  • As a Software Engineer, you provide guidance, allow teams to discover and learn independently.

  • Actively question decisions and provide guidance and own experience to ensure no stone is left unturned and risks are identified and highlighted

  • Collaborate with other teams when necessary for the product you’re building

  • Additional information : The assignment will take place in our brand‑new offices located on Carrer Roger de Llúria in Barcelona, where a team of about thirty multilingual colleagues is already in place. The Engage team is based in Paris, so an initial training period in France before departure will be planned, at our Paris offices located near Opéra. You will of course not be left on your own — you will have a technical point of contact in Paris as well as a local point of contact in Barcelona. At the end of the VIE assignment, the objective is to transition into a permanent position (CDI), either in Paris or in Barcelona. Splio will contribute to the housing allowance.

Recruitment Process

  • HR interview (30 minutes)
