Job Description

As Digital Strategy Consultant for the US market, you will be the cornerstone of datashake's American expansion operating from our Paris headquarters. You will manage a portfolio of US-based clients remotely, run their paid acquisition campaigns end-to-end, and help position datashake as a go-to digital growth partner in one of the most competitive advertising markets in the world.

You will work closely with our Paris-based team of experts while adapting your approach to US market dynamics : platform behaviors, audience specificities, time zone management, and cultural nuances in client communication.

Analyze US client briefs and define digital acquisition strategies tailored to the American market

  • Manage paid campaigns remotely for US clients on Google Ads, Meta, Bing, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and more

  • Adapt communication and reporting to US business culture and time zones (EST/PST)

  • Drive US business development from Paris: outreach, pitches, and growing the American client portfolio

  • Build strong remote client relationships through weekly video calls, daily communications, and quarterly reviews

  • Create data visualizations, performance dashboards, and clear ROI reporting aligned with US client expectations

  • Contribute to the US go-to-market strategy: positioning, pricing, local partnerships, and channel strategy

  • Allocate 20% of your time to a side project of your choice: BD, content, tooling, recruitment, etc.

Preferred Experience

  • You are fluent in both English and French — English is your primary working language for US clients

  • You have hands-on experience with at least one paid platform (Google Ads or Meta Ads — certifications a plus)

  • You have a hybrid commercial / consulting mindset and thrive on data-driven decision making

  • You are comfortable managing clients remotely across time zones (US East/West Coast from Paris)

  • You can present complex campaign performance data clearly to non-technical stakeholders

  • You understand key metrics: conversion rate, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and can explain them simply

  • You are rigorous, proactive, autonomous, and highly organized in remote work settings

  • You are genuinely excited about the challenge of developing a new market from scratch

  • You have experience or strong interest in the US digital advertising ecosystem

  • Prior experience working with international or English-speaking clients

  • Prior experience at a digital agency or in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Knowledge of tracking & attribution tools (GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, etc.)

  • Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms

  • Familiarity with the US business culture, B2B sales dynamics, and remote client management
